Our office is competent in the area of the Legal District of Gent
The following villages and cities are located in our Legal District: Aalter, Assenede, Deinze, De Pinte, Destelbergen, Eeklo, Evergem, Gavere, Gent, Kaprijke, Knesselare, Lochristi, Lovendegem, Maldegem, Melle, Merelbeke, Moerbeke-Waas, Nazareth, Nevele, Oosterzele, Sint-Laureins, Sint-Martens-Latem, Waarschoot, Wachtebeke, Zelzate, Zomergem en Zulte.
Debt Recovery
Our office manages debt can manage debt recovery files in the whole national territory. We collect useful information through cooperation with local confrères.
When we decide to start legal proceedings, the files are managed together with our local colleagues.
Tasks outside of our Legal District and internationally
As all Process Servers, we built up a national network in order to ensure the official interventions on behalf of our cliënts. Our long-term experience in the sector has allowed us to identify the most diligent and motivated Process Servers in each Legal District of the country.
We apply the same approach for official interventions in other EU Member states and for countries outside of Europe.
Internet
We can make Official Statements regarding websites that are published on the Internet, no matter where the server is located. The Official Statements can then be used in legal proceedings by our clients as a proof of certain facts.
